Preamble: The secondary teacher education programme, commonly known as B. Ed. is meant for preparing teacher's for secondary/senior secondary school.

Teaching subject:
 

Eligibility: Candidate with at least 50% marks in the Bachelor/Master's degree with the least two school subject at the graduation level are eligible for admission . SC/ST/OBC candidate with at least 45%  marks as per the policy of the govt. of Rajasthan.

Admission Procedure: Admission should be made on the basis of the marks obtained in the entrance examination (P.T.E.T.) conducted by the "Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, KOTA (Rajasthan)" as per the policy of the Govt. of Rajasthan.

• To help future prospective teacher to develop competence to teach subjects of their specialization on the basis of an adequate theory of learning and a sound knowledge of the subjects.

• To develop an understanding of the close relationship between society and the school and between life and school.

Learning outcomes:

• Ability to use:- (a) Individualized instauration and (b) Dynamic methods in large classes.

• Ability to translate objective, understand children’s needs, motives and the process of learning.

• Ability to organize various school programmes, activities for pupil.

• Developing guidance point of view in educational personal vocational matters.

• Ability to assess the all-round development of pupil and to maintain a cumulative record.
